Patient Basic Information
Female, 17 years old, single, han nationality, Jingangtai village, Shangcheng county, Henan province. Patient had difficulty in urinating and hadn’t accepted any treatment.
Medical History
1. Due to persistent pain in waist, patient was hospitalized in Henan People Hospital.
Color dopplar ultrasound examination showed hydronephrosis and ureterectasia. Remaining urine: 60ml.
Cystography showed urocyst enlargement, turriform, no contrast agent flowing back to urinary tract. Diagnosis: neurogenic bladder.
Magnetic resonance showed enlarged bladder, changed like a Christmas tree. Waist sacral vertebra was normal, except for Spina Bifidia.
Sugar tolerance test eliminate the possibility of Diabetes.
Other tests showed: BUN, 23.5mmol/L; Serum Creatinine, 350umol/L.
